Back Print Density Level
This option is available only for 2 Sided prints.
• Enter the desired print (dry ink/toner) density amount as required.
• Density amount should match approximately with the image density on the target prints.
• Density amounts range from 0–70%.
• If your output is a high dry ink/toner coverage area on the output, you may want to enter a
higher print density amount.
• The system default value is 10%.
Recommended Order for Using Paper Curl Correction Test Print Options
Important: Paper jams and wrinkled output occurs if the options are not used in the
recommended order. For example, use Default and then skip to Type C).
The recommended, sequential order for selecting and using the various test print settings for paper
curl correction is :
1. Default
2. Type A
3. Type B
4. Type C
5. Custom Curl Correction: Slight (Very Small) Upward or Slight (Very Small) Downward
6. Custom Curl Correction: Moderate (Small) Upward or Moderate (Small) Downward
7. Custom Curl Correction: Medium Upward or Medium Downward
8. Custom Curl Correction: Severe (Large) Upward or Severe (Large) Downward
9. If paper curl still persists after trying several or all of these settings, try decreasing the image
density on the print job or use a different type of paper.
If paper curl is still a problem, contact the Customer Support Center for further assistance.

1. Perform one of the following:
• Copy an existing stock entry. Refer to Copying a Stock Entry.
• Modify or edit an existing stock entry. Refer to Editing an Existing Stock in the Stock Library.
2. From the Stock Properties window, select and modify the stock attributes as required, including
entering a new or revised stock name, selecting a stock size, color, and other attributes.
3. Select the Advanced Setup button.
The Advanced Stock Setup window opens.
4. Select Edit Settings for the desired Paper Curl Correction option for 1 Sided-Face Up, 1 Sided-
Face Down, or2 Sided as required.
The Tray [1-3, 5, 6-7, 8-9] Paper Curl Correction Test Print window opens for the selected 1-
sided or 2-sided option.
