This command enables or disables the offset capacitance cancel mode for
Quasi-static CV measurements. This command also has a query form.
At *RST, this value is OFF.
Syntax :PAGE:MEASure:QSCV:ZCANcel OFF | ON | 0 | 1
:PAGE:MEASure:QSCV:ZCANcel?

Parameter Type Explanation
OFF or 0 Boolean Offset capacitance cancel is disabled.
