SCPI Commands
:PAGE:STRess:SETup:CONStant:SMU<n>[:SOURce]
:PAGE:STRess:SETup:CONStant:SMU<n>[:SOURce]
This command sets the constant SOURCE value of SMU<n> for stress.
<n> is required to specify SMU number. Valid SMU numbers are SMU1 through
SMU6, depending on the configuration.
The mode of the specified SMU must be V or I.
At *RST, this value is:

source numeric -200 to 200 V or -1 to 1 A. The range of this value
depends on the type of SMU.
