Query response delay_time <newline><^END>
delay_time is NR3 response data type.

:PAGE:STRess:SETup:PULSe:PGU<n>:IMPedance
This command sets the output IMPEDANCE of PGU<n> for stress.
<n> is required to specify PGU number. Valid PGU numbers are PGU1 through
PGU2.
The mode of the specified PGU must be VPULse.
At *RST, this value is LOW.
Syntax :PAGE:STRess:SETup:PULSe:PGU<n>:IMPedance LOW | R50
