SCPI Commands
:PAGE:STRess:SETup:PULSe:PGU<n>:PERiod
:PAGE:STRess:SETup:PULSe:PGU<n>:PERiod
This command sets the pulse PERIOD of PGU<n> for stress.
<n> is required to specify PGU number. Valid PGU numbers are PGU1 through
PGU2.
PGU1:PERiod and PGU2:PERiod are always set to the same value.
The mode of the specified PGU must be VPULse.
At *RST, this value is 10 ms.
Syntax :PAGE:STRess:SETup:PULSe:PGU<n>:PERiod period | MINimum | MAXimum

period is NR3 response data type.

This command sets the trailing-edge transition time (TRAILING TIME) of
PGU<n> for stress.
<n> is required to specify PGU number. Valid PGU numbers are PGU1 through
PGU2.
The mode of the specified PGU must be VPULse.
At *RST, this value is 100 ns.
