Parameter
Query response unit { , unit} <newline><^END>
Response is a list of units separated by commas, and is string response data, but does
not contain double quote characters at the beginning and end of the string.
Example OUTPUT @Hp4155;":PAGE:MEAS:OSEQ:OSEQ SMU4,PGU1,SMU3"
The result order is SMU4-PGU1-SMU3-SMU1-SMU2-SMU5-SMU6-VSU1-
VSU2-PGU2.

:PAGE:MEASure:OSEQuence:TRIGger:FUNCtion
This command selects the trigger function.
At *RST, this value is OUTPut.

VSU1-VSU2-PGU1-PGU2.
