F4 Mast Type = ___; Used during calibration of the so-
lenoid proportional lower valve (SPL) to determine low-
ering speed. The mast type is included in the data num-
ber shown on the data plate. Press the right arrow, and
use the up and down arrows to select the correct mast
type. The four options are TT, TL, TF and Quad. Next,
press enter/return to accept input. Menu will return to
F4. Press the down arrow to continue.
F5 Collapsed Height = ___; Used during calibration of
the solenoid proportional lower valve (SPL) to deter-
mine lowering speed. To determine the collapsed
height of the truck, completely lower forks and measure
the height of the mast from floor to top of mast.
Press the right arrow and then change the value one
digit at a time (from left to right) using the up, down and
right arrow keys. Then press enter/return to accept in-
put. Menu will return to F5. Press the down arrow to
continue.
F6 Lift Height = ___; The lift height value is also used
during calibration of the solenoid proportional lower
valve (SPL) to determine lowering speed. The lift
height is included in the data number shown on the
data plate. Press the right arrow and then change the
value one digit at a time (from left to right) using the up,
down and right arrow keys. Press enter/return to ac-
cept input and menu will return to F6. Press the down
arrow to continue.
F7 Tilt Forward = ___; Specifies the maximum degree
of forward tilt. The accessory control module
(ACCESS 7) slows tilt slightly before the tilt cylinder
mechanical stops are contacted providing a cushion ef-
fect. ACCESS 7 uses the value in this menu to deter-
mine when to begin tilt slow down.
The tilt position sensor has two functions: provide feed-
back for the Tilt Position Assist (TPA) feature and mon-
itor the degree of tilt and send this information to the
ACCESS 7, so tilt slows at the proper time.
The Tilt Position Assist (TPA) option allows operators
to tilt the forks to a programmed tilt position (such as
tilting the forks level).
To use this option: with the thumb ball in neutral, press
and hold the switch on the back of the multi-task han-
dle. Then actuate tilt forward or back. The forks will go
to the programmed tilt position.
On trucks with a third accessory, the switch on the back
of the multi-task handle is used to enable the fifth func-
tion. Therefore, TPA is not available on trucks with a
third accessory.
For the maximum degree of tilt, refer to the tilt cylinder
part number stamped on the end of the tilt cylinder.
The tilt cylinder part number includes a dash number.
Degree of tilt is indicated by the dash number.
Press the right arrow and use the up and down arrows
to select the correct value. The values are 2, 5 or 10
degrees. Then press enter/return and menu will return
to F7. Press the down arrow to continue.
F8 Tilt Back = ___; Specifies the maximum degree of
forward tilt. The accessory control module
(ACCESS 7) slows tilt slightly before the tilt cylinder
mechanical stops are contacted providing a cushion ef-
fect. ACCESS 7 uses the value in this menu to deter-
mine when to begin tilt slow down.
The maximum degree of back tilt is also included on
the data plate.
Press the right arrow and use the up and down arrows
to select a value. The values are 3 or 5 degrees. Then
press enter/return and menu will return to F8. Press the
down arrow to continue.
F9 Travel Alarm = ___; Changes the travel alarm set-
ting. Press the right arrow and use the up and down
arrows to select a setting. The four options are off, for-
ward, reverse and both. Then press enter/return to ac-
cept input. Menu will return to F9. Press the down ar-
row to continue.
F10 User Performance = ___; Determines whether
the operator has the ability to select different truck per-
formance levels. If enabled, any operator can select
any performance levels (P1, P2 and P3), regardless of
F11 setting, can be selected in the Level 1 Operator
mode.
If disabled the performance level will default to P1 or to
the level assigned to the user code in F11, if F11 is
enabled. Press the right arrow, use the up and down
arrows to change. Then press enter/return to accept
input and menu will return to F10. Press the down ar-
row to continue.
F11 User Codes = ____; Allows you to enter up to 25
user codes. Each user code is assigned to one of the
three performance levels (P1, P2 and P3) based on the
operator's experience or skill level. Press the right ar-
row to enter the following submenus (F11.1, F11.2 and
F11.3):
