Hours
In service Level 2 or Level 3, hour meters can be
viewed.
In service Level 3, H1 Runtime1 hour meter, H2
Runtime2 hour meter, and H3 Odometer can be in-
creased (not decreased).
In service Level 3, H4 Traction and H5 Lift hour
meters can be increased or decreased.
In level 3 (only) the PM timer can be set.
Access module hours can't be modified. If a mod-
ule is replaced with a used module, the display will
automatically show the time for the replacement
module.
Hour Access
From service Level 2 or Level 3, navigate to Hour menu
using the up/down arrows. Press the right arrow to ac-
cess the Hour submenus. Use the up and down arrows
to navigate through the submenus, press the right ar-
row to enter a submenu.
H1 Truck Runtime1 = ___ Hr; The H1 hour meter runs
when the key switch is ON and the floorboard is de-
pressed. To modify, in Level 3 only, press the right ar-
row and use the up/down arrows to increase the value.
Press enter to set meter value. Press down arrow to
continue.
H2 Truck Runtime2 = ___ Hr; The H2 hour meter runs
when the key switch is ON and the floorboard is de-
pressed. H2 incorporates a programmable timeout
which will continue to increment for the timeout period
after the operator has stepped off the floor pedal. To
modify, in Level 3 only, press the right arrow and use
the up/down arrows to increase the value. Press enter
to set meter value. Press down to continue.
H3 Odometer = ___ mi; View total accumulated truck
travel distance. To modify, in Level 3 only, press the
right arrow and use the up/down arrows to increase the
value. Press enter to set meter value. Press down ar-
row to continue.
H4 Traction = ___ Hr; View total accumulated traction
hours. To modify, in Level 3 only, press the right arrow
and use the up/down arrows to increase/decrease the
value. Press enter to set meter value. Press down ar-
row to continue.
H5 Lift = ___ Hr; View total accumulated lift hours. To
modify, in Level 3 only, press the right arrow and use
the up/down arrows to increase/decrease the value.
Press the enter arrow to set meter value. Press the
down arrow to continue.
H6 ACCESS1 = ___ Hr; View total accumulated
ACCESS 1 hours. The hours can not be modified.
Press the down arrow to continue.
H7 ACCESS2 = ___ Hr; View total accumulated
ACCESS 2 hours. The hours can not be modified.
Press the down arrow to continue.
H8 ACCESS3 = ___ Hr; View total accumulated
ACCESS 3 hours. The hours can not be modified.
Press the down arrow to continue.
H9 ACCESS7 = ___ Hr; View total accumulated
ACCESS 7 hours. The hours can not be modified.
Press the down arrow to continue.
H10 PM Timer = ___; The PM Timer allows you to pro-
gram a PM reminder for the operator. By selecting the
hour meter (tag) and the hour interval, you choose
which hour meter you want monitored for a PM and the
number of hours logged before a PM is due. When the
PM timer counts down or decreases to zero, "PM Due"
will be shown on the display after power up self test is
complete.
This menu item is only available in service Level 3.
Press the right arrow to enter values. Use the up/down
arrows to scroll through submenus.
H10.1 Tag = ___; The tag setting assigns the hour
meter that will be monitored for planned maintenance
intervals. It can be tied to any of the hour meters, H1
through H9. Press the right arrow. Use the up/down ar-
rows to scroll to desired meter. Press the enter arrow
to select meter.
H10.2 Interval = ___; This setting indicates number of
hours logged before a PM is due. Press the right arrow.
Use the up/down arrows to change the value. The
value can be set from one hour to 99999 hours.
Events
The Events Menu allows access to view logged event
codes on ACCESS 1. For event code descriptions and
troubleshooting steps, refer to the Event Codes section
of this service manual.
Power up the truck. Navigate to the Service Menu and
enter Level 2. Scroll to Events.
