Event Code 306
Event Code 306
Voltage present at ACCESS 3 +BV terminal prior to
power up sequence.
Step 1: Check line contactor tips.
If: Tips welded.
Then repair/replace as necessary.
If: Tips OK.
Then proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Check voltage between +BV and BNEG of
ACCESS 3, with key off and battery unplugged.
If: Voltage steadily dropping toward 0 Vdc or at 0
Vdc.
Note: Voltage will take approximately 10 minutes to
reach 0 Vdc from 38 Vdc.
Then replace ACCESS 3.
If: 35 to 38 Vdc.
Then short exists between battery and
ACCESS 3. Repair/replace as necessary.
Event Code 307
Voltage not present at ACCESS 3 +BV terminal
after power up sequence.
Note: If Event 307 flashes briefly after start up then
changes to Event 302, event is caused by an open in
the line contactor power circuit.
Step 1: Verify line contactor is closed. Key must be on
and operator present.
If: Line contactor closed.
Then proceed to Step 2.
If: Line contactor open.
Then follow event 311 procedures.
Step 2: Check voltage between +BV and BNEG power
cable connections on ACCESS 3.
If: 35 to 38 Vdc.
Then replace ACCESS 3.
If: Less than 35 volts.
Then follow Event 303 procedures.
