Event Code 219
Event Code 219
ACCESS 2 detects U, V & W voltage feedback cir-
cuit out of range (AC Hydraulic Models).
Note: If event 222 flashes briefly after start up then
changes to event 219, check for open in the P contac-
tor power circuit.
Step 1: Check U, V, & W motor cables for shorts and
verify connections are correct and secure.
• If: Cables correct.
– Then proceed to Step 2.
• If: Cables are not correct, repair as necessary.
Step 2: Verify P contactor contacts are closed and op-
erates correctly.
• If: P contactor works correctly.
– Then proceed to Step 3.
• If: P contactor does not work correctly.
– Then follow Event Code 222 instructions.
Step 3: Inspect P contactor tips and measure voltage
drop across tips.
• If: More than 0.5 Vdc.
– Then replace P contactor tips.
• If: Less than 0.5 Vdc.
– Then replace ACCESS 2.
Event Code 220
ACCESS 2 overload protection circuit (AC Hydrau-
lic models).
Verify motor turns freely.
Step 1: Check power cable connections at ACCESS 2,
motor power cables for short to each other and that
motor power cables are connected to the correct termi-
nals on hydraulic motor and ACCESS 2.
• If: Cable connections tight, cables are not shorted
together and are on proper terminals.
– Then proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Disconnect U, V, and W cables at hydraulic
motor. Verify low resistance from U to V, V to W and U
to W cable lugs.
• If: Motor checks OK.
– Then replace ACCESS 2.
• If: Motor windings are bad.
– Then replace hydraulic motor.
