Event Code 730
ECR5 Height ENCODER Input Reversed.
Event logged if the height encoder inputs A and B indi-
cate that the mast is raising/lowering opposite of the
command given.
Step 1: Verify A and B channels are wired correctly
from CA622-2 to CA215-11 and CA622-3 to CA215-5.
If: Wired incorrectly.
Then reverse wiring.
If: Wired correctly.
Proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Verify ECR5 is powered at CA622-1 and
CA622-4, should be approximately 5 Vdc.
If: ECR5 is not powered.
Then check wiring to ACCESS 1 and repair.
If: ECR 5 is powered.
Then proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Verify POT2 is wired with proper polarity from
CA232-8 and 232-9 to CA220-4 and CA220-6 and
POT2.
If: Wiring is incorrect.
Then repair wiring.
If: Wiring is correct.
Then proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: Using Analyzer A2.1.5, and ECR5 removed,
rotate encoder manually and monitor count value.
If: Count is consistent with rotation.
Then replace ACCESS 1.
If: Count is not consistent with rotation.
Then replace ECR5.
