Event Code 114
SVBY Solenoid coil shorted.
Short circuit condition of the SVBY load or ACCESS 1
driver.
Step 1: Disconnect wires to SVBY coil. Key up truck
and attempt to raise.
• If: 114 code is no longer present.
– Then SVBY coil is shorted, replace. Resistance
should measure approximately 29 ohms.
• If: 114 code is present.
– Then proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Disconnect CA215-22. Key up truck and at-
tempt to raise.
• If: 114 code is not present.
– Then repair wiring between CA215-22 and
SVBY coil.
• If: 114 code is present.
– Then replace ACCESS 1.
Event Code 199
Software Incompatible between ACCESS 1 and
ACCESS 3.
Step 1: Enter the Utilities menu U1.1.2 and U1.3.2 and
record the software part numbers. Re-key truck.
• If: Event continues after re-key.
– Then contact Crown Service for software up-
dates.
