Event Code 711
Event Code 711
ACCESS 7 Module Internal Shutdown.
An interrupt internal to ACCESS 7 has toggled unex-
pectedly. This event is logged as an attempt to prevent
undesired action.
Step 1: Key down truck, then key-up.
If: Code continues.
Then replace ACCESS 7.
Event Code 712
Load Sensor (PT1) Outside Range.
The pressure transducer input (PT1), CA232-2 is read-
ing out of range from the expected values.
Step 1: Check Load Sensor counts using Analyzer
menu A2.4.9.1 while lifting load. Transducer range is
between 4-20mA. (20mA = shorted, 4mA = open).
If: Less than 4 mA.
Then check wire continuity from CA232-2 to
CA612-1 and from CA232-3 (+) to CA612-2.
If: Wiring does not have continuity.
Then repair wiring to PT1.
If: Wiring continuity correct.
Then replace PT1.
If: Greater than 20 mA.
Then proceed to Step 2.
If: PT1 within 4-20 mA range.
Then replace ACCESS 7.
Step 2: Check voltage across PT1 wires at CA612-2
(+) and CA612-1 (-).
If: 14 to 16 Vdc.
Then replace ACCESS 7.
If: Less than 14 Vdc.
Then proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Check voltage between CA612-2 (+) and
BNEG.
If: Between 14-16 Vdc.
Then wiring from CA232-2 to CA612-1 is open.
Repair as necessary.
If: Less than 14 Vdc.
Then proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: Check voltage between CA612-1 (-) and +BV.
If: +BV.
Then wiring between CA232-3 to CA612-2 is
open, repair as necessary.
If: 0 Vdc.
Then replace ACCESS 7.
