Event Code 204
Hydraulic motor current Low while motor is run-
ning (DC or AC Hydraulic models).
Step 1: Verify hydraulic motor cables are connected to
proper terminals at ACCESS 2 and motor.
• If: Connections not correct.
– Connect properly.
• If: Connections correct.
– Then proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Check for loose coil connections at P contactor,
CA411-8 and CA411-9, and at ACCESS 2 (AC) con-
nector CA409-2 and CA409-8 and at ACCESS 2 (DC)
connector CA405-26, CA405-27.
• If: Correct.
– Then replace ACCESS 2.
• If: Not correct.
– Then repair as necessary.
