Event Codes 311, 313: Line contactor coil shorted.
Event Code 312: Line contactor driver open.
Step 1: Disconnect CA403 at ACCESS 3 and check
resistance between pin 26 and 27 on wire harness
side. Correct resistance is 70 to 78 ohm.
• If: Resistance is in range.
– Then replace ACCESS 3.
• If: Resistance out of range.
– Then proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Disconnect line contactor coil wires and mea-
sure resistance across the coil. Correct resistance is 70
to 78 ohm.
• If: Resistance out of range.
– Then replace coil.
• If: Resistance is in range.
– Then issue exists between CA403-26 and 27
and the coil. Verify wiring and repair/replace as
necessary.
