Event Code 209
Incorrect battery voltage detected at ACCESS 2
(DC Hydraulic models only).
Step 1: Verify correct battery is installed and charged.
• If: Correct battery installed and charge correct.
– Then proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Verify voltage powering ACCESS 2 logic is
+BV. Check voltage at CA405-33 (+) and BNEG.
• If: Voltage is same as (+BV) cable.
– Then proceed to Step 3.
• If: Voltage not same.
– Then repair wiring to CA405-33.
Step 3: Perform C3.4 battery adjust calibration.
• If: Event clears.
– Then return truck to service.
• If: Event does not clear.
– Then replace ACCESS 2.
Event Code 212
ACCESS 2 detects incorrect POT3 Accessory
Potentiometer Input (AC Hydraulic models only).
Step 1: Use Analyzer A2.2.7 and record input voltage
range while accessory function (SS) is operated. Verify
a consistent voltage change during rotation of control.
• If: Within range.
– Then replace ACCESS 2.
• If: Not within range.
– Then measure voltage at CA408-3 (-) and
CA408-1 (+), replace pot and/or repair wiring.
