Control Modules
Hydraulic Control Module - AC/DC
Basics of System Operation
The hydraulic control module (Access 2) regulates the
AC/DC pump motor (M3), whose function is to:
1. Act as the driving force for the hydraulic pump.
2. Supply hydraulic oil flow for lift and accessory func-
tions.
3. Provide hydraulic pressure for steering/hydraulic
functions.
Access 2 module provides speed control via operator
input.
Accessory Control Module
Basics of System Operation
The main function of the accessory control module
(Access 7) is to control solenoid valve actuations,
which include the following:
1. Load Lowering Proportional Valve (SPL)
2. Auxiliary Proportional Valve (SPA)
3. Tilt Extend (SVTE)
4. Tilt Retract (SVTR)
5. Tilt Solenoid (SVT)
6. Hoist Solenoid (SVH)
7. First Accessory Solenoid (SVA1A)
8. First Accessory Solenoid (SVA1B)
9. Second Accessory Solenoid (SVA2A)
10. Second Accessory Solenoid (SVA2B)
11. Clamp Pressure (PRVA)
The coil is energized by Access 7 when the appropriate
function is selected, prompting the corresponding
action to take place.
