ACCESS 2 detecting incorrect current in feedback
circuit at standby (AC or DC Hydraulic models).
Step 1: Verify hydraulic motor cables are connected to
proper terminals at ACCESS 2 and motor.
• If: Connections not correct.
– Connect properly.
• If: Connections correct.
– Then proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Check for open hydraulic motor. Remove
power cables from hydraulic motor. Measure and
record resistance across each of the following phases
(U to V), (U to W), (V to W) - AC or (A to D) - DC.
• If: Open or greater than 1 ohm.
– Then replace motor/brushes DC.
• If: Less than 1 ohm resistance.
– Then replace ACCESS 2.
