Threshold for discharge (Pulse Count Threshold)
Set a threshold for the electric charges to be counted as discharge in a percentage to the measurement
range (p.117). The threshold can be selected from 25 %, 50 %, and 75 %.
When an electric charge that is greater or equal to the value set to Puls
e Count Threshold is measured,
the discharge count increments by one.
You can set a reference upper limit for the discharge count to Upper Puls
e Count (p.115).
1
On the HOME Menu screen, press Judgment > Pulse Count Threshold.
2
Turn the rotary knob to change the threshold value.
This completes the setting.
The electric charge threshold is set based on the ratio specified by the Pulse Count
Threshold and the reference value when nothing is connected to the HIGH VOLTAGE and
LOW VOLTAGE terminals.
When electric charge calibration (Precalibration) is carried out
with EUT connected, the electric charge threshold becomes relatively high.
