Initiate a manual heartbeat test on a specific IP destination path or
address:
TST:PATH:SCTPHB,a,DIP=b;
Where:
a = either ASSOCSET=d, PKTG=e or ASSOC=f;
d = association set
e = packet trunk group
f= Association
b = IP destination path or address
Result:
Generates an SCTP heartbeat report for a specific IP destination
path or address. If the result is other than
COMPLETED: TEST
PASSED, then CONTINUE with the procedure. Otherwise, EXIT
the procedure.
