If the PHE2 is degraded and a service selection change report is
generated indicating that the Ethernet link is down, then determine the
cause, for example, loose or faulty cable, and repair it, if possible. A
corresponding
REPT PSELNK report should have been generated.
However, it is possible that the LLE2 paddleboard is faulty. Refer to
the SIP for Packet Trunking Corrective Maintenance procedure,
Resolve LLE2 Paddleboard Problems, 235-200-118.
