Adjusting Stabilizer Wheels
A properly adjusted header will achieve a balance between the amount of header weight carried by the float springs and
the amount carried by the stabilizer wheels.
DANGER
To prevent injury or death from the unexpected start-up of the machine, always stop the engine and remove the key
from the ignition before leaving the operators seat for any reason.
1. Raise the header until the stabilizer wheels no longer in contact with the ground.
2. Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the ignition.

3. To release the lock, use one hand to lift support (B) while
pulling up on handle (A).
4. Lift the wheel using support (B) and engage the support
channel into center slot (C) in the upper support.
5. Push down on handle (A) to lock the stabilizer wheel
assembly in place.

6. Lower the header to the desired cutting height using the
combine controls. Check load indicator (A).
