Extension Voice Mail Settings
Extension Voice Mail Settings allows you to configure the various VMS parameters assigned to — an Extension, a
Department Group, an Operator or a General Mailbox.
Configuring Extension Voice Mail Settings
• Login as System Engineer.
• Under Configuration, click VMS Configuration.
• Click Extension Voice Mail Settings.
• Select Number: You may select — Extension, Department Group, Operator or General Mailbox.
•For Extension,
enter the Extension Number/Name and then select the same from the drop
down list.
•For Department Group, select the desired Department Group Number from the drop down list.
•For Operator, select the desired Operator from the drop down list.
• Click OK.
You may now configure the respective VMS parameters.
