To cancel an Emergency Conference while in speech with one or more extensions:
• While in Conference, press the ‘Conference’ Key.
• The Multiparty Conference menu appears on the LCD.
• Select the option ‘Terminate Conference’ and press the Enter Key.
OR
• Press the DSS key assigned to Terminate Conference.
• All the participants will get an Error Tone and the system resource occupied by the conference will be
freed.
To cancel an Emergency Conference while the extensions are ringing:
• Go ON-Hook during Ring Back Tone.
• All extensions in the conference group will stop ringing.
• The initiator or participants can cancel an emergency conference.
• PRASAR UCS supports a maximum of 8 participants in a single or multiple conference. To increase the
number of participants in the conference, you must purchase the Conference Participant License. To
