(12) BROWSE button: Press the BROWSE button to access the Browser. Press SHIFT +
BROWSE to access the Plug-in menu and load a Plug-in (internal or VST/AU plug-in) in the
currently selected Plug-in slot.
(13) SAMPLING button: Press the SAMPLING button to access the Sample Editor. Press SHIFT
+ SAMPLING to save your Project.
(14) NOTE REPEAT button: Note Repeat is a really handy way to play and record beats — it
plays the selected Sound automatically at a given rate. While holding the NOTE REPEAT but-
ton, hold the pad you want to play: notes will be repeatedly triggered at the selected rate
shown in the display. With buttons F1, F2 and F3, you can select different rates while playing.
You can select new rate values for each of these buttons by turning the Control encoder. Press
SHIFT and repeatedly tap the NOTE REPEAT button to set the required tempo for your Project.
The Note Repeat mode can be pinned: Press NOTE REPEAT + CONTROL to pin/unpin the Note Re-
peat mode. See ↑2.1.1, Controller Modes and Mode Pinning for more information.

Overview of the TRANSPORT section.
Start, stop and restart playback, activate record and skip bars while playing, simply by pressing
the dedicated buttons in the TRANSPORT section of the controller. Use the SHIFT button to
invoke secondary commands such as the metronome, Count in and Step Forward and Back-
ward.
(1) RESTART button: Press the RESTART button at any time to restart from the beginning of the
current loop range.
