PCI has the limitations for mounting slots depending on the processor memory module
configuration. Note that there are also limitations according to WOL target slots, card sizes, and
supported standards.
The following processor memory modules must be mounted for using PCI slots.
For A1080a-S/A1040a Model
Used PCI Slots Processor Memory Modules Connected to PCI Slots
PCI 1, 2, 3, 4 Processor memory module 1 or 3
PCI 5, 6, 7 Processor memory module 2 or 4
For A1080a-D Model
Used PCI Slots Processor Memory Modules Connected to PCI Slots
