Low NR : Low non-recoverable threshold value
Low CT : Low critical threshold value

The three-step lower threshold is used to monitor whether a sensor value exceeds or falls
below each lower threshold. These are valid for temperature, voltage, and fan sensors.
The three-step upper threshold is used to monitor whether a sensor value exceeds or falls
below each upper threshold. These are valid for temperature, voltage, and fan sensors.
Lower threshold is used to monitor whether each sensor value is up or down threshold.
These are valid for temperature, voltage, and fan sensors.
