36. WORKING MODE - SQC
Statistical Quality Control assures stable production processes and easy
supervision over them. SQC working mode carries out the control in
accordance with declared errors which enables to reduce losses resulting from
overflow.
In addition, SQC mode ensures:
• Products control processes carried out in accordance with individual
criteria,
• Operation based on products and operators declared in the database,
• Record of measurements and reports on carried out controls.
Weighing instruments can connect with
E2R SYSTEM to create multi-workstation network. Each weighing instrument is
an independent weighing workstation and information on the control is sent to
the computer software. Computer software enables collecting real-time data
from each of the connected weighing instruments. The system allows you to
start control process using the instrument or computer software.
