Metering and Monitoring
Overview
The SEL-2414 Transformer Monitor provides the transformer metering and mon-
itoring functions shown in Table 5.1 and Table 5.2. Some settings will have to be
changed from the factory-default settings so these features operate properly for
your installation. See Device Settings (SET Command) on page 6.5 and settings
described in this section.

Metering Description
RTD Transformer temperature values from dedicated internal or external RTD
Temp Transformer temperature from general purpose RTD/TC card
Analog Inputs Transformer values measured by physical inputs of the device
Remote Analogs Transformer values communicated from remote devices
Math Variables Transformer values calculated by the device
Power System Currents, voltages, power, and energy measured or calculated values

Profiling
User selected data stored at a selected acquisition rate
