To remove the trap
1. Using the 1/8-inch wrench, remove the nut and washer securing the trap
contact to the trap’s shaft.
2. Remove the trap contact.
3. Remove the trap and 2 associated ceramic spacers from the bottom of
the ion block.
4. Remove the ceramic spacers from the trap’s shaft.
5. Remove the ceramic spacer from the top of the ion block.
