2. Remove the 10-mm ceramic spacer from each ceramic rod.
3. Remove the 2-mm ceramic spacer from each top ceramic rod.
4. Remove the inner source contact support assembly.

page 7-58.
Caution: Hold down the ceramic rods when removing the inner source
contact support assembly, so that the source lens plates and
supporting ceramics do not fall apart
