To disassemble the inner source contact support assembly
1. Remove the nut, screw, washer and spacers that secure the trap contact
and connecting lead to the inner source contact support plate, and
separate these components.
2. Remove the trap contact and 2-mm spacers from the inner source
contact support plate.
3. Remove the nuts, screws, washers and spacers that secure the first
repeller contact and connecting lead to the inner source contact support
plate, and separate these components.
4. Repeat step 3 for the second repeller contact.
5. Remove the nut, screw, washer and spacers that secure the first
filament contact and connecting lead to the inner source contact support
plate, and separate these components.
6. Repeat step 5 for the second filament contact.
