Parameter
When user_variable_name is sent as character parameter type, all alpha characters
are treated as uppercase in the 4155C/4156C.
Query response data_variable_data <newline><^END>
The data format of data_variable_data is determined by the FORMat Subsystem
(ASCii or REAL).
Example OUTPUT @Hp4155;":TRAC 'Vdata',1,2,3,4,5"
OUTPUT @Hp4155;":TRAC? 'Vdata'"
