Browser Web Control
The web interface’s Browser Web Control page gives you access to the
Remote Front Panel and the SCPI Command window applet for Remote
Programming.
Remote Front Panel
To operate the oscilloscope using the web interface’s Remote Front Panel:
1 Access the oscilloscope’s web interface (see “Accessing the Web
Interface” on page 244).
2 When the oscilloscope’s web interface is displayed, select
Browser Web Control, then select Remote Front Panel. After a few seconds
the Remote Front Panel appears.
3 Use the Main Menu and the Function Keys to control the oscilloscope.
To view Quick Help, right- click on a softkey.
NOTE
If Java is not installed on your PC, you will be prompted to install the Sun Microsystems
Java Plug-in. This plug-in must be installed on the controlling PC for the web interface’s
Remote Front Panel or Remote Programming operations.
