Activates the speed control with 500Hz PWM. In this
mode the analogue speed output (G9 / G11) is
unavailable.
Is the PWM duty cycle set for nominal frequency.
Is the range of the PWM duty cycle to control engine
speed. For example, if you have set 20.0%, the PWM will
vary +/- 10% around the nominal duty cycle value.
