Upgrade dongle to XT2 Plus
Product description:
The upgrade dongle serves to upgrade an XT2 alarm panel (item no. 12025) to support
the new home automation modules working with the ZigBee S protocol. SSL encryption
similar to the new XT2 Plus alarm panel is impossible due to lacking CPU resources. The
dongle only compatible with the XT2 alarm panel.
Firmware 0.0.2.13C or later is required to use the upgrade dongle.
Installation
1. Plug the upgrade dongle in the USB port on the back of the XT2 alarm panel.
2. Restart the XT2 alarm panel by briefly interrupting the power supply (mains
adapter and emergency battery).
