For Extension Users
To set User Absent on your extension:
•Dial 104-User Password-0
To set User Present on your extension:
•Dial 104-User Password-1
The System Administrator can also set an extension as Absent/Present using Jeeves. For instructions, read
“Additional Security to Extension Users” under the topic System Security.
