How to use
Call Forward-Scheduled can be set/canceled by users for their own extension, or for any other extension from the
SA mode.
Setting Call Forward-Scheduled for Extension Users
The Operator or any extension user having access to System Administrator mode can set or cancel Call Forward-
Scheduled for other extension users using Jeeves.
Setting Call Forward-Scheduled using Jeeves
• Login as System Administrator.
• Click Extension.
•In Select Extension, enter the Number or the Name of the extension on which you want to set this feature
•Click Submit.
• The searched extension users details appear on your screen.
• Click Call Forward - Scheduled to expand.
• You can set Call Forward - Scheduled for Working Hours, Break Hours as well as for Non-working Hours
To set Call Forward for the extension for the Working Hours, under Working Hours, select the type of Call
Forward:
• To forward calls to voice mail, select Forward Calls to Voice Mail and the type of call forward. Default:
Unconditionally.
