How to use
Call Forward-Scheduled can be set/canceled by users for their own extension, or for any other extension from the
SA mode.
Setting Call Forward-Scheduled for Extension Users
The Operator or any extension user having access to System Administrator mode can set or cancel Call Forward-
Scheduled for other extension users using Jeeves.
Setting Call Forward-Scheduled using Jeeves
Login as System Administrator.
Click Extension.
•In Select Extension, enter the Number or the Name of the extension on which you want to set this feature
•Click Submit.
The searched extension users details appear on your screen.
Click Call Forward - Scheduled to expand.
You can set Call Forward - Scheduled for Working Hours, Break Hours as well as for Non-working Hours
To set Call Forward for the extension for the Working Hours, under Working Hours, select the type of Call
Forward:
To forward calls to voice mail, select Forward Calls to Voice Mail and the type of call forward. Default:
Unconditionally.
