Using Matrix Extended IP Phone
• Lift handset.
• Press DSS key assigned to Call Forward-When Not Registered (if programmed).
OR
•Dial *13.
• Scroll to the desired option.
To set Call Forward - When Not Registered regardless of time-zone,
• Select ‘Always’ and press 'Enter' key.
• Select ‘Set’ and press ‘Enter’ key.
To set Call Forward When Not Registered - Scheduled,
• Select ‘Working Hours’/’Break Hours’/’Non-Working Hours’, and press ‘Enter’ key.
• Select ‘Set’ and press ‘Enter’ key.
• On the prompt, ‘Forward to Number’, enter the Destination Number—Extension Number/External Number/
Voice Mail System.
• The destination number for forwarding calls can be a maximum of 16 digits. Terminate the command
with #* if destination number has fewer than 16 digits.
• If the you want to route the calls to the Voice Mail, enter the VMS Access Code as the destination
number.
• If the destination number is an external number, enter the Trunk Access Code followed by the
destination number and #*.
• You get confirmation tone and message.
To cancel Call Forward - When Not Registered,
• Lift handset.
• Press DSS key assigned to Call Forward-When Not Registered (if programmed).
OR
•Dial *13.
• Select ‘Always’ and press 'Enter' key.
• Select ‘Cancel’ and press ‘Enter’ key.
To cancel Call Forward When Not Registered - Scheduled for each Time Zone,
• Lift handset.
• Press DSS key assigned to Call Forward-When Not Registered (if programmed).
OR
•Dial *13.
• Select the desired time-zone ‘Working Hours’/’Break Hours’/’Non-Working Hours’, and press ‘Enter’ key.
• Select ‘Cancel’ and press ‘Enter’ key.
