2. To move cursor A along the screen range, choose 2/5 > Ref Cursor > Cursor A,
and then use the [UP] and [DOWN] arrows or the adjustment knob to adjust the
position.
3. Select 2/5 > Ref Cursor > Cursor B =On.
Cursor B (blue line) appears on top or on the right of cursor A on the screen.
4. To move cursor B along the screen range, choose 2/5 > Ref Cursor > Cursor B, and
then use the [UP] and [DOWN] arrows or the adjustment knob to adjust the
position.
7.3 Cursor Measurements
The EPOCH 1000 Series reference cursors can also be used to display reference
measurement readings. These measurements are comparative and can be made
between cursors A and B, or between one cursor and a gate. Gate tracking is not
available with cursors.
You can select the measuring reading to appear at the top of the main display screen
using the Meas setup page accessible by choosing 3/5
> Meas Setup > Reading Setup
(see section
3.3.3 on page 71 for details). You can select the following cursor
measurements (refer to table 22 on page 72 for details):
•Cursor A - Gate 1
•Cursor B - Gate 1
•Cursor B - Cursor A
•Cursor A - Gate 2
•Cursor B - Gate 2
•Cursor A - IF Gate
•Cursor B - IF Gate
CursorX2 - CursorX1
CursorY2 - CursorY1
CursorX1, CursorY1 Intersect Depth
