14.8.1 Probe Front Cursor
The probe front cursor uses the probe and wedge specifications defined in the initial
phased array setup (see chapter
12 on page 239) to determine the horizontal position
of the front of the transducer wedge. When active, this feature draws a vertical white
line on the S-scan image, indicating the position of the wedge front for visual
reference.
To activate the probe front cursor
1. Choose 3/5 > Display Setup > Image Overlay to open the Display setup page.
2. Select Probe Front Cursor = On.
The probe front cursor appears on the S-scan (see Figure 14-8 on page 265).
