b) Press the [UP] or the [DOWN] arrow keys until the desired submenu has the
focus.
c) With a USB mouse connected to the instrument, click the desired submenu.
d) With a USB keyboard connected to the instrument, press the [UP] or the
[DOWN] arrow keys until the desired submenus appear on the right side of
the software main display.
The parameters corresponding to the selected submenu appear at the bottom
of the software main display.
4. Select the desired parameter using one of the following methods:
a) Press [CHECK] to move the focus to the parameter level, and then press the
[P<n>] parameter key corresponding to the desired parameter button.
b) Press the [RIGHT] or the [LEFT] arrow keys until the desired parameter has
the focus.
c) With a USB mouse connected to the instrument, click the desired parameter.
d) With a USB keyboard connected to the instrument, press ENTER to move the
focus to the parameter level, and then press the right or the left arrow keys
until the desired parameter is selected.
3.4.2 Navigating in a Setup Page
Setup pages are accessible from parameter buttons. A setup page contains related
parameters.
To navigate in a setup page
1. Access the desired setup page using the appropriate parameter (Ex.: choose 1/5 >
PA Probe
> Beam).
2. Select the desired parameter using one of the following methods:
a) Press the [UP] or the [DOWN] arrow key until the desired parameter has the
focus.
b) With a USB mouse connected to the EPOCH 1000 Series, click the desired
parameter.
c) With a USB keyboard connected to the EPOCH 1000 Series, press the [UP] or
the [DOWN] arrow keys until the desired parameter is selected.
3. Change the value using one of the following methods:
a) Turn the adjustment knob.
b) Press the [RIGHT] or the [LEFT] arrow key.
