When a file ID is highlighted, the following parameters become available at the
bottom of the setup page:
Recall
Used to recall all parameter settings within the highlighted ID as the live
parameter settings.
Clear
Used to clear the data for the selected ID.
To USB
Used to create an HTML format report on a connected USB storage device for the
contents of the highlighted ID.
10.3.3 Saving Data to Files
The EPOCH 1000 Series allows you to save data whenever there is an active file
(survey) and an ID has been entered. Files are created by choosing 5/5
> Files > Create
as described in section
10.3.1 on page 177, or in GageView Pro and transferred to the
instrument. Pressing [SAVE], saves the data within the active file.
If there is no active ID, the instrument displays the error message “No active ID”
at the top of the display. You must have an active file (survey) and an ID entered
before saving data. For more information, see section 10.3.2 on page 179.
When you press [SAVE], the EPOCH 1000 Series saves the following information:
• Filename
•ID
• Up to 6 measurement readings (operator selected)
• A-scan waveform
• S-scan image (Phased Array Mode only)
• All instrument setup parameters
• Alarm information
• Any display flags
• Gate measurement mode icons
