5. In the MS method editor, click File > Save As, to save the experiment
file to a new filename, for example, AutoSpec_EI_sensitivity.exp.
To acquire data
1. In the MassLynx window, create a MassLynx sample list with the file
name AutoSpec_EI_sensitivity.spl.
2. In the Sample List MS File column, select AutoSpec_EI_sensitivity.exp.
3. Calibrate the experiment using PFK.
