Radiator Hose, Muffler, Power Steering Hose, Oil Cooler Pipe
and Battery Cable
1. Remove the muffler (3).
2. Disconnect the radiator hoses (2) and (6).
3. Remove the power steering hose clamps (5) and cover (4).
4. Disconnect the air cleaner hose (1).
5. Disconnect the oil cooler pipes (7).
6. Disconnect the battery cable (8) from the starter terminal B.
(When reassembling)

Front Shield
1. Disconnect the 1P connectors (2).
2. Remove the front shield (1).

Front Axle Support as a Unit
1. Make sure the clutch housing case and front frame are securely
mounted on the disassembling stands.
2. Remove the front frame mounting screws and separate the front
axle as a unit from the engine.
(When reassembling)

5.0 to 7.0 kgf·m
36.2 to 50.6 lbf·ft
Starter's B terminal

7.2 to 8.7 lbf·ft
