4. DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING
[1] SEPARATING REAR AXLE
(1) ROPS Model
Rear Axle Case
1. Refer to "5. DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING" on page
3-S14.
2. Disconnect the cylinder hose (4) and return hose (5).
3. Remove the pin 2 (3) and cylinder support (6).
4. Disconnect the hydraulic brake pipes.
5. Remove the rear axle case mounting screws and nuts.
6. Remove the rear axle assembly (7).
(When reassembling)
• Apply liquid gaskets (Three Bond 1206C or equivalent) to joint
face.
• Align the brake cam (9) and groove "a" of brake cam plate (8).
• Be sure to bleed the air from the hydraulic brake system.
