(3) Hydraulic Shuttle Valve
Shuttle Valve Assembly
1. Disconnect the shuttle cable (1).
2. Disconnect the clutch cable (2) and spring (3).
3. Remove the shuttle valve pipe (6).
4. Remove the external circlip (5) and plate (4).
5. Disconnect the neutral switch 1P connectors (8).
6. Remove the shuttle valve assembly (7).
(When reassembling)
• Be sure to fix the O-ring (10) in position as shown photo and
apply transmission fluid.
• Adjust the clutch pedal free travel (see page 2-S4).
• Turn the mark (11) to outward.

Solenoid Valve Assembly
1. Remove the I-joint screw (delivery pipe) (3).
2. Remove the I-joint screws (4WD pipe (1) and 2WD pipe (2)).
3. Remove the connector (5).
4. Remove the solenoid valve assembly (4).
(When reassembling)
• Apply transmission fluid to the O-rings (6).
• Apply liquid gasket (Three Bond 1208D or equivalent) to joint
face of transmission case and solenoid valve assembly.
