(4) Disassembling 4WD Clutch Pack
4WD Hydraulic Pack
1. Remove the bearing (1) and thrust collar (2).
2. Remove the 32T gear (3).
3. Remove the external circlip (4).
4. Tap out the 4WD shaft (9).
5. Remove the neutral cover (5).
(When reassembling)
• Align the key (8) and key groove (10) when install the 4WD shaft
(9).
• Apply transmission fluid to the O-ring (6) and (11) when
assemble the neutral cover (6).
