[5] SHIFT FORK ROD AND FORK
1. Interlock balls (13) restrain the movement of the 1st-2nd shift fork rod (1), 3rd-4th shift fork rod (3) and 5th shift
fork rod (7) at the same time. As a result, double engagement of the gear is prevented.
2. Detent balls (14) prevent the self disengagement of the gears.
3. When operate the select lever (12), the select lever (12) rotates and shift arm (10) slides to change the position.
There for shift arm (10) engage to (A) (1st-2nd shift fork rod (1)) or (B) (3rd-4th shift fork (4)) or (C) (5th shift fork
rod (7)).
4. When operate the H-L-C lever (15), operate the H-L-C fork engage to Hi, Lo or Creep speed position.
