adjusting on manual K reading after refractive sur

gery using simple formula Kpost = 1.14 * Kmea-
sured – 6.8
4. Entered - The user can enter the Kpost value pre-
sumably calculate using some external method.
The Kpost calculation methods are listed in order of
preference, with the Clinical History method as the
widely accepted as the most accurate. The Clinical
History method is the default for new patients.
For the refractions entered, the vertex of the refraction is
stored and becomes the default for the next patient.
